If you place a deposit with us you are also able to choose from the pups
at Midnight Border Collies as well.

Either pay your $314 deposit ($14 non-refundable fee) via PayPal (below deposit agreement form),
send a $300 check via Postal Mail (address will appear after completing Deposit Agreement form),
or send $300 via Venmo to @Camickels. The final $1300 payment (plus tax) is due when your puppy
is picked up. $200 of your deposit is refundable up to the point that you reserve a puppy.
If you request a refund we will refund your deposit in the same manner it was received.
Please note that a signed Sale and Health Contract and a Non-Breeding Status Contract,
which can be found on our"Forms Requiring Signatures" page, are required for signature at the
time of puppy pick-up or shipment. Once your deposit is received you have two years to reserve
a puppy at the rate in which your Deposit Agreement Receipt stated.
If you choose to wait to reserve a puppy after that timeframe your final payment will be
equal to the current puppy purchase price.
*All our pups are sold on a spay/neuter contract which is part of our Sale and Health and Non-Breeding Status Contracts.
You have two years to reserve a puppy until the possibility of a rate increase could be implemented.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to anyone we deem an unsuitable owner.
*SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT: All purchased puppies are required to be spayed/neutered within one year of purchase.
All pups will be registered on a non-breeding status. A $6000 judgment will be brought against anyone that breeds
a Midnight Border Collie or Cowgirl Faith Border Collie without written permission
and non-breeding status lifted from registration records.

$314 deposit ( $100 non-refundable transaction fee) to be placed on our deposit list for a puppy from a current or an upcoming litter.
Owning a Cowgirl Faith or a Midnight Border Collie Border Collie begins by placing a $300 deposit (which goes toward your final purchase price) and securing your name on our deposit list. People are allowed to choose their puppy in the order their deposit was received (chronologically). For example - depositor #1 gets first pick, depositor #2 gets second pick and so on. That being said, as the breeders ( Cowgirl Faith and/or Midnight Border Collies) we do have the option of first pick from our litters. I always try to accommodate everyone's wishes, but I cannot guarantee colors so please take that into consideration before placing a deposit.
If a litter doesn't produce what you are looking for you are welcome to transfer your deposit to the next planned litter which will remain in chronological order, or have your deposit refunded back to you.
Please keep in mind that your deposit is no longer refundable if you have been contacted by us to choose your puppy, chosen a puppy from one of our litters and then change your mind. We will gladly place you back on the deposit list in your original chronological position.
You never lose your chronological place on the deposit list if you choose to pass on a litter and transfer it to the next planned one.
