Non-Breeding Status Contract

 
Cowgirl Faith Border Collies, as breeder of a dog whelped on __________________ out of the Sire,

_____________________ and Dam ________________ request that non-breeding status be placed on this dog ____________ (male / female) to be registered to _________________  first owner of record with the American Border Collie Association.

This non-breeding status will not allow any offspring of the above mentioned dog to be registered.  A $6000 judgment will be brought against anyone that breeds a Cowgirl Faith Border Collie without written permission and non-breeding status lifted from registration records.

It is the responsibility of the new, first owner of record to forward proof of spay/neuter documents in order for registration records to be completed and mailed prior to the puppy turning 12 months of age.  In addition, if this is not carried out within the first 12 months , the first owner of record is responsible for full payment and completion of registration paperwork.
